Abstract

The article considers the problem of innovative approaches to the problem of periodization of sports loads of young athletes. The current level of scientific knowledge in sports has not only expanded the range of ideas about the relationship of all aspects of training athletes, but also significantly deepened them. Rational planning of the training process, the correct use of means and methods of sports training throughout the long-term training of young athletes is possible only if the anatomical and physiological features of the growing organism. From the point of view of sports selection, sports orientation, planning of training process, a choice of means and methods of training anatomic and physiological features of a growing organism are of interest. Sport increases the body’s resistance to adverse environmental influences and is therefore the most important means of promoting health and disease prevention. However, if with regular training and rational selection of training loads in young athletes there are high levels of immunological reactivity, then with irregular training or excessive exercise, the strength of nonspecific immunity decreases, which leads to a decrease in the body’s resistance to infections. In addition, when planning the training process, it should be borne in mind that young athletes have seasonal fluctuations in immunological reactivity: an increase in the autumn and a decrease in the spring. It is established that physical activity, which corresponds to the strength and level of readiness for exercise, improves the development of the skeletal system and increases its growth period. It is revealed that one of the directions of increase of efficiency of system of preparation of athletes is based on deep studying of structure of competitive activity and construction on this basis of model structures of educational and training process. The optimal level of development speed, strength, agility, endurance is the basis for mastering the technique and tactics of athletes. At the same time, the implementation of physical training contributes to the formation of important mental and moral qualities of athletes.
