Abstract

The article presents the results of historical and pedagogical research on the genesis of information support of conditions of management of upbringing work of future teachers in higher education (the second half of XX – beginning of XXI century). The urgency of this problem is due to the need to overcome the contradiction between the need to reform the management of upbringing work in institutions of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine and the lack of development on the content of information support of its conditions. In our opinion to solve the above problem it is necessary to turn to the positive management experience of the past, namely the achievements of domestic pedagogical science of the second half of XX – early XXI century, and combine them with innovative developments of today. In order to determine the priority ways of information support of conditions of management of upbringing work in modern institutions of higher pedagogical education in 2014–2021, the pedagogical experiment was conducted. The ascertaining stage of the experiment was carried out on the basis of institutions of higher pedagogical education of Cherkasy, Zaporizhia and Kropyvnytskyi regions. The experiment involved 610 subjects of management of upbringing work. The results of the study of the genesis of information support of conditions of management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical education institutions of Ukraine, starting from the second half of the XX century and the beginning of the XXI century, and the ascertaining stage of the experiment made it possible to find out directions of information support of the above-stated conditions in modern of higher pedagogical education: creation of a single information intra-university space; creation of high-tech laboratories of pedagogical innovations on upbringing work in institutions of higher pedagogical education; systematic and transparent monitoring by the subjects of management of upbringing work of the process of upbringing of student youth; information openness of the management process. We see prospects for further research in the development of a factor-criterion model for evaluating the information support of the process of management of upbringing work in institutions of higher pedagogical education.
